Yeah, either record it with a mic or use the output on the keyboard. Your headphone jack works also as a stereo output, so just plug one end of a cable into the keyboard output and the other end into the soundcard of the computer or audio interface that you are using and you're done. Audio CAN travel down USB, but your keyboard is NOT wired that way and will not send it's own sounds down the USB cable.
