How do I access the BIOS on a Compaq ProLiant 3000 server? It is a old model with a P09 BIOS?

I already tried F2, F10, F12, Del, F1 keys, and nothing happened. Also during start-up there is no message saying to press a key to enter setup. So what sould I press?

You can't that way - it's not pre-installed. You need to download Compaq System Configuration Utility and boot from the floppies. There is not much to set - only interrupts and memory and adapter cards. If you have a blank hidden partition on your hard drive, you can install it on the hard disk and to get to it is F10 during boot - there will be a message.
