I replaced the power supply board on my TV but no picture?
The lights come on the screen but I don't get any picture or menu. What else can it be?
First of all, is the picture white (bright) or slightly lit up from the back lights. If it's white then it's the panel and you are done. It costs too much.
sounds like you have power on functions and back light coming on, so the power supply isn't a likely candidate for this symptom. If you have sound from the channels ( I know this is hard to make sure that you are on the right input and channel without the picture), then the Main is probably working. If you cannot get the sound and other functions such as the ability to turn it on and off, then the Main is probably bad. If the Main is working then the only things left is the LVDS cable or the T-Con board. The cable goes between the Main and the T-Con boards. Make sure it's properly seated. If you have a o-scope, look for video going to the T-con, then you have eliminated the Main & LVDS cable. This leaves the T-Con board or the panel. The T-con boards are only available from only a handful of manufacturers, and only for certain models. Many are only available as whole panel. A new panel contains the lcd display, over the back lights with the T-Con board wired to the display and ballast board/s attached to the light tubes.
Steve Jobs Resigns as CEO of Apple (Apple)

announced that Steve Jobs has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, and the
Board has named Tim Cook, previously Apple’s Chief Operating Officer, as the
company’s new CEO. Jobs has been elected Chairman of the Board and Cook will
join the Board, effective immediately.
“Steve’s extraordinary vision and leadership saved Apple and guided it to its
position as the world’s most innovative and valuable technology company,” said
Art Levinson, Chairman of Genentech, on behalf of Apple's Board. “Steve has
made countless contributions to Apple’s success, and he has attracted and
inspired Apple’s immensely creative employees and world class executive team.
In his new role as Chairman of the Board, Steve will continue to serve Apple
with his unique insights, creativity and inspiration.”
“The Board has complete confidence that Tim is the right person to be our next
CEO,” added Levinson. “Tim’s 13 years of service to Apple have been marked by
outstanding performance, and he has demonstrated remarkable talent and sound
judgment in everything he does.”
Jobs submitted his resignation to the Board today and strongly recommended
that the Board implement its succession plan and name Tim Cook as CEO.
